Arctic Grade Crane & Reeling Cables

  -40°C to -60°C Cold Flexibility

Arctic Grade Crane & Reeling Cable is engineered for the harshest cold environments, delivering an optimal balance of extreme low-temperature flexibility and high mechanical strength through advanced TPE/TPEE material formulations and robust structural design. Specifically developed for mobile equipment operating in northern climates, this Reeling Cable prevents common failures such as jacket brittleness and cracking at temperatures as low as -40°C to -50°C, while providing reliable performance for overhead cranes, gantries, port machinery and other demanding reeling applications.                                        → Explore More Reeling Cable

Key Features

Low-Temperature Flexibility

TPEE insulation maintains dielectric integrity and flexibility down to -60°C to -80°C;

TPE outer jacket remains pliable down to -40°C to -50°C

Mechanical Strength for Dynamic Crane Operations

Designed to withstand the constant reeling of crane and gantry applications.

The robust TPE jacket offers excellent tear resistance against abrasion from ice and rough terrain.

Engineered for millions of bending cycles under cold stress.

Enhanced Environmental Adaptability

Resistance to aging, UV radiation

Resistance to industrial oils and grease

Preventing insulation failure caused by moisture ingress from ice, snow, or meltwater

Ensuring reliable operation in snowy and icy conditions.
