Key Performance Parameters
Tensile Strength: from 0 to 6 tonnes. Enhanced Kevlar fiber content and advanced braiding techniques achieve high strength.
Core Process: Silver-Plated Conductors, Twisted-Pair Groups, High-Quality Insulation Layer, M-Layer Concentric Array. Click for more core process details.
Neutral Buoyancy / Zero Buoyancy: Achieved via specialized foamed sheathing materials and construction, minimizing cable weight impact on ROV stability and maneuverability.
Extensive Range: from 1 to 60 cores
Conductor Cross-Sections: from 0.08 mm² to 35 mm².
Other Options: Water Tightness Compound / Sealant / Water-Blocking Yarn
Construction
Conductor: Fine-stranded, extra-flexible tinned soft copper wire.
Insulation: TPE, TPE, TPV, XLPE, DPEM
Core Structure: anti-twist layering, grouped gap filling, twisted pairs, and layered binding.
Shielding: A combination of tinned copper braid provides EMI/RFI shielding.
Tensile Strength Member: Central Kevlar Core, Interstitial Kevlar Fill, Kevlar Braid
Sheath: Abrasion-resistant Polyurethane (PU), XLPE
The cable structure can be customized according to client specifications.
