Flat Elevator Traveling Cable
Flat Elevator Traveling Cable
Standard Version
The Flat Elevator Traveling Cable, also called Flat Lift Traveling Cable, is specifically designed for vertical lifting systems and is suitable for elevators, lifts, hoisting equipment, and other applications requiring frequent bending and movement. This series of cables utilizes a flame retardant elevator flat cable with fiber optic construction, offering excellent tensile strength and wear resistance. As a PUR elevator cable for hoistway vertical travel, it maintains stable signal transmission performance and electrical conductivity during long-term reciprocating motion. Additionally, the SDI video integrated lift cable configuration supports high-definition video transmission alongside power and control signals.

Key Features
Conductor resists bending and flexing, suitable for continuous dynamic use environments
Service life: up to 5 years for PUR sheath, 3 years for PVC sheath
Flame-retardant characteristic, complies with IEC60332-1 standard
Excellent overall flexibility, easy to install in narrow hoistways
Outstanding tensile and wear resistance, suitable for high-frequency operation scenarios
Insulation layer contains over 45% rubber content, effectively improving insulation flexibility and service life
Copper content not less than 99%, using fine oxygen-free copper for excellent conductivity
High tensile strength and tear resistance, capable of withstanding mechanical shocks from elevator starting and stopping
Flexible and bend-resistant design adapted to long-term reciprocating bending motion
Good resistance to oil, abrasion, cold, and weather conditions, suitable for indoor, outdoor, and semi-outdoor environments
This cable supports on-demand integration of:
Optical fiber unit
Signal transmission
SDI video transmission
One cable transmits power, control, data, and HD video. Reduces hoistway cabling and installation complexity. Suitable for elevator systems with integrated monitoring or communication requirements.
