Ultra Flexible ROV Tether
Ultra Flexible ROV Tether
Custom Neutral Buoyancy ROV Cables
Ultra Flexible ROV Tether is a specialized underwater cable designed for ROV, Sonar, and underwater monitoring applications that require exceptional flexibility, neutral buoyancy, and reliable performance during continuous deployment and recovery operations.
Engineered as a Neutral Buoyancy ROV Cables, it minimizes drag in water while maintaining stable power and signal transmission. The flexible construction allows the rov cable to withstand repeated bending, towing, and movement caused by underwater currents, making it suitable for long-term operation in both seawater and freshwater environments.

Key Features
Floating Capability: Engineered with a specific gravity close to that of the operating medium (freshwater: 1.0 g/cm³ / seawater: 1.02–1.03 g/cm³).
Tensile Strength: Standard tensile load range of 200 kg to 500 kg, with custom options available up to 1000 kg or higher.
Signal Transmission: Features an 8-core configuration (typically 4 twisted pairs) that supports Ethernet protocols for industrial data transmission requirements.
Dynamic Flexibility: Designed with a dynamic bend radius of 5D to 8D and a flex life of 5 to 10 million cycles, making it suitable for drum winches and high-frequency bending applications.
