Our Products and Solutions
To meet the diverse demands of the industries above, we provide a full range of high-performance underwater cable systems:
ROV Umbilical Cable Systems: Utilizing a seamless extruded sheath for excellent abrasion and seawater corrosion resistance. The core integrates tinned copper conductor power units and twisted-pair shielded control pairs. The entire assembly is reinforced with a composite of aramid fiber and galvanized high-carbon steel wire, formed through tight stranding and double-layer braiding processes. This robust construction delivers outstanding tensile, compressive, and torsional strength for demanding deepwater operations.
Towing and Survey-Specific Cables: Featuring an abrasion-resistant polyurethane sheath and a high-strength Dyneema® fiber reinforcement layer to form a low-drag, low-noise hydrodynamic protective structure. The interior integrates low-loss single-mode fiber and shielded coaxial units, ensuring极高 fidelity and stability for acoustic and survey signals during long-distance towing.
Lightweight AUV Communication/Recovery Cables: The cable body uses a high-strength aramid fiber reinforcement layer and a low-density polyurethane sheath to achieve extreme light weight and low fluid drag. An optional fine steel wire stranded armor provides the necessary tensile and abrasion resistance for surface recovery operations.
Multifunctional Integrated Umbilical Cables (with Hydraulic/Pneumatic Lines): A seamless extruded thermoplastic polyurethane sheath offers comprehensive wear and hydrodynamic protection. The core employs a modular integrated design, precisely combining tinned copper conductor power units, stainless steel tube armored fiber optic units, shielded control pairs, and stainless steel or high-performance polymer hydraulic/pneumatic lines to create a unified "electrical-optical-hydraulic/pneumatic" transmission channel. Reinforced overall with a composite of aramid fiber and galvanized steel wire, and manufactured via synchronized extrusion and tension-controlled stranding processes, it ensures structural integrity and independent performance of each unit during dynamic operations. Designed specifically for heavy-duty remote operations requiring simultaneous power supply, real-time communication, and direct hydraulic/pneumatic actuation.
